PCFitment’s Global Event Journey in November 2025: A Month of Innovation, Connections, and Growth
November 2025 was a milestone month for PCFitment. With back-to-back global events in Las Vegas and Shanghai—along with our own exclusive Salon Event in China—we had the opportunity to connect with automotive leaders, showcase our evolving fitment solutions, and meet both new and long-time users of our platform.
This month was more than simply travel and exhibits, from the intensity of AAPEX 2025 to the scope of Automechanika Shanghai and the intimate discussions at our Salon Event. It was an opportunity to learn about the evolving demands of the automotive sector, get candid comments, share ideas, and reaffirm the need of precise, trustworthy fitment data.
AAPEX 2025: Connecting With the Aftermarket’s Core (November 4–6, Las Vegas)
Technology and the aftermarket industry have traditionally worked together at AAPEX. It felt much more vibrant this year. For us, the event was a powerful reminder that automakers, wholesalers, and online sellers all confront the same challenge:
“How can we help customers locate the right part more easily?”
This is exactly where PCFitment steps in.
At AAPEX, visitors spent a lot of time discussing:
- The growing demand for accurate YMM (Year-Make-Model) data
- The challenges sellers face when relying on incomplete fitment spreadsheets
- The impact incorrect listings have on returns, customer trust, and seller reputation
- The need for automated, scalable fitment data solutions
Many attendees were surprised to see how quickly PCFitment can generate complete fitment coverage for parts—even when brands come to us with zero data.
The energy was incredible, and Las Vegas brought its usual spark. But more importantly, the conversations confirmed something we’ve always believed: accurate fitment is no longer optional—it’s essential for staying competitive.

AAPEX 2025 — What We Promised and How We Delivered
In our AAPEX 2025 preview, we highlighted several exciting experiences visitors could expect at the PCFitment booth. Looking back at the event, we’re proud to say we not only met those expectations — we exceeded them.
Live Demos — Delivered With Real-World Data
We promised interactive, hands-on demos, and these became the centerpiece of our booth.
Visitors saw exactly how PCFitment streamlines fitment data management — from generating complete YMM coverage to validating existing catalogs. Since many attendees provided their own example files, we were able to use their actual data to show how accurate the system is.
One-on-One Consultations — Sincere, Useful, and Perceptive
Numerous individualized meetings were held at our exhibit where companies talked in-depth about their difficulties. Our staff assisted each visitor with customized solutions, whether they were related to outdated spreadsheets, marketplace rejections, or incomplete coverage. Some of the most worthwhile parts of the program were these discussions.
Success Stories — Shared With Transparency
We showcased real examples of how top auto parts sellers improved conversions and reduced return rates using PCFitment. Many visitors appreciated hearing “unfiltered” case studies, which helped them understand how fitment accuracy directly impacts sales and customer trust.
Exclusive Expo Offers — Fully Redeemed
We offered attendees exclusive AAPEX deals, and the reaction was phenomenal. Numerous companies used these chances to onboard their catalogs and start new fitment initiatives.
A Meaningful Learning Experience for Visitors
Our goal was to make AAPEX more than a product demo — we wanted visitors to leave with clarity about how smarter fitment data supports business growth.
Automechanika Shanghai 2025: A Global Stage for Innovation (November 26–29, China)
Moving from Las Vegas to Shanghai felt like stepping into a different world, yet the automotive spirit was the same—fast-moving, tech-driven, and full of opportunity.
Automechanika Shanghai is one of the largest automotive trade fairs in the world, and this year the focus on digitalisation and data accuracy was stronger than ever. Visitors from across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East shared their challenges, and most centered around one thing:
Fitment data gaps that stop them from expanding globally.
During these conversations, we showcased:
- Our Fitment Data Creation service
- VIN decoding capabilities
- Our ability to generate OE / cross-reference mappings
- Our marketplace-ready fitment output formats (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, AutoZone, etc.)
Many brands—especially manufacturers from China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia—expressed a real interest in entering global marketplaces. Their biggest question was:
“Can PCFitment help us create complete data coverage so our parts qualify for US and EU platforms?”
The assured response was, “Yes, without a doubt.“
The innovative exhibits were amazing, the event floor was full, and Shanghai’s automotive environment felt more international than ever. PCFitment was proud to be part of it.

Automechanika Shanghai 2025 — What We Showed and How It Helped Users
In our pre-event blog for Automechanika Shanghai, we shared what visitors would find at the PCFitment booth. During the event, every one of those elements came to life — and delivered real value to the brands that visited us.
eCatalog Solutions — Demonstrated With Depth
Visitors explored how PCFitment simplifies catalog and fitment data using ACES and PIES standards. We walked them through sample datasets, validation flows, and export formats, giving a clear picture of how easy catalog creation becomes with the right tools.
Fitment Data Creation & Coverage Reports — Showcased With Real Use Cases
Our team presented actual coverage reports, showing how PCFitment completes missing fitment data and maps parts accurately to the correct vehicles. Several manufacturers brought incomplete files to our booth, and we reviewed their gaps in real time, helping them immediately identify missing ranges and OE mismatches.
eCommerce Development Services — Explained With Practical Examples
We introduced visitors to our custom auto parts store solutions built on Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce. Instead of generic presentations, we shared real stores we developed, focusing on search filters, vehicle lookup systems, and compatibility features — all tailored for the automotive industry.
ACES/PIES Viewer & DMS Integration — Demonstrated Live
Attendees saw demonstrations of how our ACES/PIES viewer works and how it integrates with DMS systems. Many visitors were particularly interested in how easy it was to sync catalog updates across multiple channels without technical complexity.
Expert Support Throughout the Event
Our team spent the entire event answering questions, reviewing catalogs, and offering guidance. Whether someone needed help improving data accuracy, fixing marketplace rejections, or planning a new eCommerce launch, we made sure no visitor left without a clear next step.
PCFitment Exclusive Salon Event (November 27, China)
A More Personal Conversation With Our Users
While exhibitions allow us to reach thousands of people, smaller gatherings allow us to understand their needs deeply. Our Salon Event—set up exclusively for PCFitment customers and interested brands—was one of the most meaningful moments of the month.
The goal was simple:
✔ Meet users face-to-face
✔ Understand how PCFitment is helping them
✔ Learn what features or improvements they want
✔ Share upcoming updates
✔ Create a space for discussion, not just demonstration
Even with a full month of events, the Salon felt intimate and refreshing. We talked openly about:
- Common challenges in catalog creation
- Marketplace constraints
- Regional fitment data differences
- Requirements for heavy-duty and agricultural equipment fitment
- Future directions for the PCFitment platform
Brands appreciated the transparency and the time we took to understand their business goals. For us, it was a reminder that PCFitment is not just a service—it’s a partnership built on trust.
